We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. Individual will be responsible for providing technical support for training management solutions for aviation clients. Work will include providing telephone and e-mail support to clients, providing workarounds to application problems, and identifying and reporting system problems to the development team. You will also help the development team with testing and installation assistance prior to a new release of the system.
