One week of intense, instructor-led training to ensure complete and accurate understanding and use of ATMS, MyATMS and MyATMS Mobile while covering our Curriculum Design & Development, Scheduling & Resource Management, Training Records & Certification, and E-Learning & Evaluation modules.
An Implementation Project Manager is assigned to each customer for implementation, training, and ongoing support as needed. The Implementation Project Manager will work directly with you to develop an implementation strategy. AQT Solutions has designed an Implementation Excellence Package based upon industry best practices. The highlights include project initiation, database configuration and content, structured testing environment, implementation integrity review and rollout support.
We understand that a product is only as good as the users who navigate it. AQT Solutions provides end-to-end training on the ATMS product. We recommend a “train the trainer” approach, where your future ATMS experts attend an onsite 5-day class covering all aspects of ATMS. This training program includes classroom and hands-on application through all of our system modules.
Recognizing that companies require flexibility when acquiring technology, we offer multiple options for software implementation and deployment. For those who purchase a license for our ATMS system, installation may be onsite under the professional guidance of our implementation staff or in a hosted software solution provided by AQT Solutions. This includes an onsite or remote Integrity Review to ensure complete and accurate implementation of ATMS.
SaaS Option: In the event that the simplicity of SaaS (Software as a Service) fits your organization’s training needs better, we are pleased to offer this model. Our SaaS solution gets you up and running quickly in our hosted environment.
Customizations, interfaces, or other modifications may be requested by the customer that are not part of the planned baseline application. Building these modifications include design, development, testing, deployment and documentation. AQT Solutions will provide a cost estimate upon review of the requirements.
We are proud of our outstanding Customer Support program, which consistently earns very high reviews from our customers. Our Member Area is used internally to track all customer suggestions, change requests, and problems. Customers also access this system through our corporate website to enter suggestions, respond to questions on open tickets, and monitor their open issues. Support is available over the phone, web, or email.
