ATMS supports classroom, fixed-base, and simulator scheduling of training events while allowing for scheduling of onsite or remote devices. Our scheduling module provides the user with a highly configurable interface to filter specific resources. Hover text pop-ups make is easy to quickly review needed information. Our scheduling footprint functionality provides necessary flexibility to meet all the possible training scenarios. Most important, ATMS prevents the scheduling of devices, instructors and trainees when they are not available and even prevents unqualified personnel from teaching or testing trainees.
ATMS’s recordkeeping and certification features allow training programs to avoid costly compliance-related fines and penalties, while ensuring instructors and trainees meet and exceed training requirements. ATMS manages customer, vendor, instructor, and trainee data. Baseline trainee and instructor information may be entered directly into ATMS or loaded via an interface with an external system (for example an existing flight operation or human resources system).

Trainees may also use MyATMS to view their qualifications, training history and future training requirements, training notifications, and easily access e-learning. MyATMS Mobile takes it one step further and allows instructors to download their assigned grading to their mobile devices, disconnected from the internet and evaluate from anywhere. Once an internet connection is established, uploading training results occurs in seconds with just the push of a button.
